その他、自主学習ではGlexa上の課題をはじめ、ターゲットを絞り込んで学習しましょう。「英語を勉強している自分」に酔っている場合ではありません。どのような力が不足しているかを受け止め、しっかり身につけていきましょう。そのためのきかっけが教材です。

  • ディクテーショントレーニングをしましょう。—-Glexa上にたくさんのリスニングトレーニングをあげておきます。
  • パッセージ音読をSI Room、スピーキングブースで「録音」しセルフチェックしましょう。
  • 聞こえる耳を養うには、きちんと発せられる音トレーニングは不可欠です。

 

「聞く」「読む」とは・・・・

  1. context（状況、場面）
  2. content（内容）
  3. language（言語情報）
    • 文法—フォーム、使い方のルール
    • 語彙—スペル、音、使い方のルール

の３つの要素が詰め込まれているものを耳から、目から収集することです。

「単語を覚えれば聞こえる、読めるようになりますか？」というご質問の答えはNo。1〜３の要素のうち、語彙は一部でしかありません。もちろんそれは重要な一部ですが、それのみでは残念ながら聞こえる、読めるようにはなりません。
